Customer-employee relationship and employee work-family interface are two developed but separate research areas. Not much research has attempted to link them together, and less is known whether and how the customer, a crucial stakeholder of the organization, can extend its influence to the employee’s family. In this seminar, I would present two studies which investigated how customer misbehavior and customer participation can respectively influence employee work-to-family enrichment.   


主讲人介绍:

 Professor Raymond Loi is a Professor of Management at the University of Macau. He received his PhD in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research has appeared in major journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, etc. He is currently serving as the Associate Editor of Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Managerial Psychology.
